Derrick J. Wright, Sr., CEO and weight loss counselor is a leader in the weight loss industry. Recognized for his motivational and coaching skills, Derrick has successfully assisted a family of three lose almost 200 pounds in 4 months. Mr. Wright attended the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore on a football and track scholarship. He began working with weight loss while coaching up and coming athletes. Derrick’s life coaching skills led to the mission statement as he instructs clients on “a faithful, mental and disciplined approach to weight loss”.

Dr. Rosalind Wright, DNP, RN-BC, COO, has over thirty years of health care experience concentrating on health and quality of life. Her graduate studies focused on obesity and body image. Dr. Wright received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Coppin State University, Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland at Baltimore and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. Dr. Wright’s accomplishments have gained her numerous awards and recognition.
